We are seeking a Senior HR BP to manage the HR team in the Coris Mill in Cartago. We require previous experience as HR Business partner or as a Human Resources Manager, in the Production Business Sector. We require a minimum experience of three managing the HR team in an production mill. We require more than 3 years of experience leading HR departments and experience in creating and executing the implementation of Talent Development and leadership practices. Knowledge in hard HR skills such as Compensation and Benefits, Recruiting, Culture and Development, working to meet the company´s objectives. Expertisse and experience working with teams in intervention and development, searching for continuos improvement in the company´s talent.
Requisitos:
Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Human Resources. Advanced Level of English 3 or more years of experience as Business Partner HR experience leading teams in the Production Business Sector. Advanced use of Office, Excel, SAP desirable
