Our Client located in Cartago is looking for a customer Care analyst, with the following responsabilities. Responsible for routine tasks and resolution of full range of customer product /service related complaints & payment disputes to ensure customer satisfaction and protecting interests by minimizing negative ledger impacts.

Requisitos:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred Ability to multi task Action oriented and high energy to work in a challenging, changing and flexible environment. Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet customer demands and deadlines. Experience in process manufacturing/chemical/pharmaceutical/food industry (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish. Possess professional demeanor in a dynamic work environment. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations. Intermediate PC skills; include Microsoft Office suite, and ERP systems. Problem solving skills - key
